In this tele-class you will explore techniques that help you design your personal successful weight loss program. Discover EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques),  a powerful tool that has been used by thousands of people to stop cravings within minutes and release unwanted emotions & habits that cause you to overeat. Explore mind-body balancing techniques that help you reduce overall stress, enhance your self image and gain a positive outlook.

By the end of this exhilarating tele-class you have tools that can help you break the cycle of dieting and weight gain. You will know how to:

  • Stop your craving
  • Identify and release emotions that trigger your overeating
  • Reduce stress and stay balanced and focused
  • Identify foods and supplements that are good for you

Advanced registration is required.
When: The first class session starts Tue Feb 15, 2011 at 7:00 pm till 8:15 pm (Central Daylight Time). Each session will be on the phone (75 min) and the class runs for a total of 5 weeks with 1 call occurring every Tuesday.

Costs: The fee for this basic tele-class package is $125 and includes:

  • Five class sessions via phone
  • Emails filled with tips
  • A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 to hold your place in the class
