Overcome Your Performance Anxiety

Do you want to enjoy showing your horse in the presence of an audience rather than breaking out in a cold sweat? Are you ready to feel confident and comfortable riding in front of judges? In this workshop you will be introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) a highly effective, quick-working procedure that provides relief from emotional blocks, fears, and being “stuck” with un-helpful habits or beliefs associated with public performance and other riding challenges. You will also explore practical tools that help you to stay centered and connected with your horse. Join us – it is fun!
