The Format of the Workshops is Flexible:
Freya offers live workshops as well as tele-seminars (via phone) on a variety of Wellness and Personal Performance topics. The length of the live workshops can be adjusted to your needs. In general workshops vary in length from 2 to 8 hours or 2-3 days depending on topics.
